Returns, Shipping, and Tracking
Books and merchandise may be fulfilled separately, so one order can arrive in more than one package. The checkout total is still paid once, but shipping and delivery timing can differ between product types.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated during checkout after you enter a delivery address. Book shipping follows the store's book-shipping rules, while merchandise shipping is quoted from the live fulfillment rate for the selected address.
Delivery times vary by destination, customs handling, and the type of product in the order. Mixed orders can take longer overall because books and merchandise may leave from different places.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared when a fulfillment partner provides them. Some manual shipments may update later than merchandise fulfilled through external production partners.
If you have received part of an order but not the rest, first check whether it was a split shipment before assuming the order is missing.
Returns and damaged orders
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact support as soon as possible with your order details and a short description of the issue. Photos are helpful for damaged-item claims.
Return and refund handling depends on the item type and the fulfillment issue. Each case is reviewed individually to determine the right replacement, resend, or refund outcome.
